As a conferencing facility, we pride ourselves in being flexible and adaptable to your needs, which is why you will see a variety of options for you to choose from to ensure your event runs exactly as you want it to.

Main Auditorium
Full Day - £355 Half Day - From £210

This state of the art auditorium has a real ‘wow’ factor. With its two-story high ceiling, large platform area and lighting rig set against black brickwork and drapes, it has a theatrical atmosphere that is the perfect backdrop for presentations, exhibitions and corporate events.

We have excellent sound and lighting facilities, but this space is perfect for any event which simply requires delegate capacity. With theatre style seating centred around the platform, the Auditorium can seat approximately 140 delegates. However, this capacity can be increased by extending out into the back of the room under the lower ceiling, a space which many clients choose to use to enjoy their refreshments. Banquet style, the Auditorium takes on a grand and celebratory timbre, and can accommodate approximately
100 delegates.

The Auditorium is located on our ground floor, just off Reception, and next door to Valley Coffee.

The Auditorium comes with two large screens, TVs and projectors, as well as microphones and a PA system.

Windermere Suite
Full Day - £235 Half Day - From £150

This versatile space is flooded with natural light, and due to its square shape it makes a great conference room for a boardroom layout or Cabaret-style seating.

The Windermere Suite is one of our most sought after rooms. Accommodating up to 80 delegates with theatre style seating and 60 in cabaret style, it is one of three rooms downstairs benefiting from full disabled access. It has a ceiling mounted projector providing high-quality visuals, allowing you to display your slides, videos, and presentations with utmost clarity, along with a PA system to ensure crystal clear sound projection.

The Windermere is located on our ground floor, close to Reception and
Valley Coffee.

Langdale Suite
Full Day - £215 Half Day - From £135

The Langdale Suite is very similar to the Windermere Suite, but situated upstairs,
seating up to 80 delegates theatre style and 60 in cabaret style.

One of our most versatile spaces, the Langdale Suite is flooded with natural light, and due to its square shape it makes a flexible space for any conferencing occasion. It can accommodate a wide range in number of delegates comfortably, and is often utilised for smaller groups who require both desk space and an additional area for physical training. This area has also proven itself ideal for expo stands; its skylights and full wall-length of windows (overlooking the traditional neighbouring church) provide a light and refreshing space to be.

The Langdale Suite is located on our first floor, accessed by stairs.

Silverdale Suite
Full Day - £195 Half Day - From £120

The Silverdale Suite seats up to 30 delegates with cabaret style. It is located at the top of our rear staircase, just down the corridor from our Conferencing Lounge.

This suite is significantly larger than the Green Room, while still posing a more intimate environment than the larger Langdale or Windermere Suites. With large windows all along one wall overlooking the car park, the other three walls are ideal for projector presentations, leaving you to decide which way to orient the room to suit your needs.

The Silverdale Suite is located on our first floor, accessed by stairs.

Green Room Full Day - £170 Half Day - From £105

The Green Room is a firm favourite for meetings demanding a more cozy environment while still remaining professional. Perfect for intimate meetings, regularly used for therapy sessions and interviews.

The room has sofas which provides a comfortable, quiet space away from the busier Suites to make sure you get the most out of your session/meeting. It also has the flexibility to be extended into the adjoining Ribble Valley Suite, converting into a larger boardroom style space. Each of these rooms alone can accommodate up to eight delegates.

The Green Room is located on our first floor.

Ribble Valley Suite
Full Day - £170 Half Day - From £105

The first in a series of two conferencing suites with a folding-divider wall, the Ribble Valley room is a small, square room ideal for intimate meetings, interviews or small-scale training that requires a formal context. It also has the flexibility to be extended into the adjoining Green Room, converting into a larger boardroom style space. Each of these rooms alone can accommodate up to eight delegates.

The Ribble Valley training room is located on our first floor, accessed by stairs.


All rooms come with complimentary access to Wi-Fi and projector.
If you require any further equipment, please do ask as we may be able to provide this for you.

Refreshments are provided at a flat rate of
£2 per person in the lounge area.

Stationary Package includes- Flipchart, Notepads and pens.
Available for £7.50 per person (included in delegate rates)
